These terms cover your use of horology365.com and any order you place through it.

Orders

An order is confirmed once it is recorded and you see the order number. If we cannot fulfil it — a watch sells out between your payment and our stock check, for instance — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The price charged is the one held in our system at the moment the order is placed, which is the price you see on the product page.

Payment

UPI and bank transfer are paid directly to us; you enter the reference number so we can match your payment. We check it against our bank statement before dispatch.

Authenticity

Every watch we sell is genuine and carries the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled by the brand's own service network; we will help you get there.
