If a watch is not right for you, send it back within 7 days of delivery.

What we can accept

• Unworn, in its original box, with all tags and papers
• Within 7 days of the parcel arriving

What we cannot accept

• A watch that has been worn, sized or engraved
• Anything missing its box, warranty card or accessories

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will confirm the return address and arrange pickup where the courier serves your PIN code.

Refunds

Once the watch reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund is sent back the way you paid within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
