We collect the least we can, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, delivery address and (optionally) your email — because a parcel needs somewhere to go
• The payment reference you enter, so we can match your payment to your order
• Your email, if you ask us for drop alerts

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Those stay with your bank or payment app.

Who else sees it

Only the courier who delivers your parcel, and the services that run this shop — our database host and our email provider. Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and warranty purposes. Drop-alert emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep.
